The foliage won't look like the above photo for another 4 months, but the Harlem Valley is always a beautiful place no matter what time of year it is!  So come join us for a day of route scouting in this pretty place to help plan our upcoming Fall Foliage ride!

We will meet at the Wassaic Metro North train station at 10AM.  Your leaders will be driving up there (parking at the station lot is free on weekends).  If you would like to take the train there, you must take the Metro North's Harlem Line train that leaves Grand Central Terminal at 7AM to get there by 10 (will need to transfer to a connecting train at the town of Southeast), and you will need your MTA bike permit (can be purchased at Grand Central Terminal).  If you miss that 7AM train, sorry, we can't wait for you.

This ride will start and end at the Wassaic Metro North train station.  It will be a 50 mile ride with 2000 feet of climbing, and we will be keeping a 15mph pace on level ground, so Road Bikes Only.  This is a more challenging quick spin lite ride not intended for beginners.  Snack and bathroom break at Mile 27, lunch will be on the late side at Mile 38 in the lively town of Millerton.
