July 20, 2008: The historic Poughkeepsie Highland Railroad Bridge will open to the public in September 2009 as the world's longest and highest bridge dedicated to pedestrian and bicycling use. Walkway Over the Hudson is making this happen, and you can be a part of this monumental achievement. Photo by Fred Schaeffer, Walkway's Chairman, who gave appreciative 5BBCers a guided tour.
