Holiday Party 2018
Once again this year, we will be hosting our party at the Golden Unicorn restaurant in Manhattan's Chinatown Saturday December 15th 6pm-8pm at 18 East Broadway, NY, NY 10002 (between Catherine St. and Market St.)
We reviewed the feedback from the survey done shortly after the 2017 holiday party - and in addition to maintaining all the things you have told us you liked about our holiday party, we have also addressed the major issues raised with past parties and have several improved features for the party this year:
#1) We have negotiated a much more favorable price that let's us offer a super early bird rate for 2018 of $25 to the first 45 people who sign up. This super early bird rate will be good until it sells out or until 10/31, whichever comes first, when the price increases to $35 for the month of November. The rate in December goes up to $45 and the price will be $50 at the door.
All prices will be $10 more for non-member guests invited by a member.
#2) The food service will begin a bit earlier - 6:30pm and last until about 8:30pm so that you can be eating while the traditional agenda of (brief) speakers will take place followed of course by dancing and our traditional raffle of SWAG
Reminder: Please consider asking your local bike shop to donate SWAG in exchange for an honorable mention. Please email email@example.com if you get anything.
#3) We have a great buffet-style menu similar to last year that caters not only to the meat / seafood lovers out there but to our vegeterian members as well. If you have any other food sensitivities or are kosher, we have a great rapport with Angela our coordinator so just let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org and they will customize a meal for you.
